Correct size: Measure 8-10 cm above and below the elbow.

XSmall : Circumference 22-24 cm below the elbow and 23-26 cm above the elbow

Small : Circumference 25-27 cm below the elbow and 26-29 cm above the elbow

Medium : Circumference 27-28 cm below the elbow and 29-32 cm above the elbow

Large : Circumference 28-29 cm below the elbow and 32-35 cm above the elbow
