These terms and conditions for purchase and delivery apply to all purchases you do with skateprylar.se (Conclude AB). By ordering, you accept these terms and conditions.
Order
We do not have a physical store and all goods must therefore be ordered through our online store www.skateprylar.se. We do not apply a minimum order amount.
When the product is visible in the online store with the mark “In stock” it is normally available to order. However, at times the products may be out of stock and we reserve the right to make product changes and improvements on an ongoing basis. Orders made in the name of another person without their consent, or which otherwise means that we suffer financial or other harm are reported to the police. To shop in our online store, you must be 18 years old or have an approval of your parents.
Your rights as a consumer
As a consumer, you always have the right to turn directly to skateprylar.se for help with complaints, return of products and other issues related to the purchase. See also more information about your right, including getting a dispute tried out of court, as a consumer on www.ko.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish General Complaints Board (“ARN”) recommendations.

Prices
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT for all customers in the EU. Prices are valid for the time being. For products included in different campaigns, prices apply during the current campaign period. We reserve ourselves for price errors and price changes due to changes in VAT, purchase prices, as well as changes to statutory fees. In the event of obviously improperly priced goods, skateprylar.se reserves the right to cancel the order.
For customers in Norway, VAT is included and no additional VAT or duty is added as we are affiliated with the Norwegian VAT On E-Commerce (VOEC).
Payment
The online store uses PayPal as a payment solution for all customers outside Sweden. In Sweden we use Klarna Checkout, you can choose to pay by Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or by card, SWISH or bank transfer. You can select several options of payment withing PayPal. For users in Sweden Klarna is the default payment option.
You can also pay through Swish or PayPal.
Shipping costs/transport/delivery times

Shipping costs SEK 69.
If you shop for over SEK 699, we offer free shipping within Sweden!
To destinations outside Sweden we will use DHL or UPS or FedEx.
Cost of shipping will be calculated before purchase.
If you have question – do chat with us! We always send a “Tracking Id” so you can track your shipment. You can choose transportation to your home at an additional cost.
Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days (excluding weekends).
Unclaimed delivery
If you do not receive/claim your package, your package is returned to skateprylar.se.
Skateprylar.se reserves the right to charge a fee (250 SEK) for such a return for shipping and administrative fees on the sum that you shall receive back.
Right of return
According to the Swedish Distance Agreement Act, it is entitled as a consumer to undo its purchase for no special reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You have the right to open the packaging and examine the products to the extent required to assess whether you are satisfied with it. If the product has been used to a greater extent than necessary (to determine characteristics and function) and for this reason is damages and/or not in a brand new condition, skateprylar.se reserves the right to make a reduction in value on amounts to be repaid. All possible accessories such as user manuals and stickers shall be included upon return. If you regret your purchase and return your entire order, we will refund the amount you have paid including the shipping fee to you. If you return part of the order, we will not refund the shipping fee. When you regret a purchase, you as a customer should be responsible for the return freight.
Statutory right of complaint
You as a consumer always have the right to claim an error to us whether it is hidden or visible. Your legal right to claim is valid for 3 years from the purchase. Errors with the product or transport damage shall be claimed within “reasonable time” of the error being detected. A complaint made within 2 months of the error being detected is always considered to be made within a reasonable time.
Any complaints must be notified by email or by phone before return. Return must not take place until agreement with skateprylar.se has taken place.

Skateprylar.se is responsible for the personal information you have provided to us when you register as a customer and/or shop online at www.skateprylar.se. Then you also agree that skateprylar.se store and use this data to complete their commitments and be able to provide you with the best possible service.
Cookies
Our Internet store contains so-called cookies to enable commerce and improve our customer service. A cookie is a text file that is saved on your computer. It is possible to look around the Internet store without cookies. However, it is not possible to shop as we use cookies to manage the content of your shopping cart. Activate, or turn off cookies, make through settings in your browser (it works a little differently depending on which browser you have). We do not store any personal data in cookies.
