Powell Peralta has succeeded in manufacturing a board according to completely new principles and calls this construction “Flight Deck”. This is Steve Caballero’s PRO model!
A Flight Deck is:
- 25% thinner than a standard decks (about as thin as an iPhone)
- 200% stronger
- 10% lighter
- 10% more “rebound” which gives better pop
- Keeps “pop” 10 times longer
The deck is made in Santa Barbara, USA from “hard rock maple”, fiberglass and epoxy.
This particular model is 8.9 inches wide and is suitable for e.g. pool, bowl and vert.
