Powell Peralta has managed to build a deck using completely new principles and calls this construction “Flight Deck”.
A Flight Deck is:
- 25% thinner than standard decks (about as thin as an iPhone)
- 200% stronger
- 10% lighter
- 10% more “rebound” for better pop
- Keeps its “pop” 10x longer
The deck is made in Santa Barbara, USA from “hard rock maple”, fiberglass, and epoxy.
