Powell Peralta has managed to build a deck based on completely new principles and calls this construction “Flight Deck”.

A Flight Deck is:

• 25% thinner than standard decks (about as thin as an iPhone)
• 200% stronger
• 10% lighter
• 10% more “rebound” for better pop
• Keeps its “pop” 10 times longer

The deck is made in Santa Barbara, USA from “hard rock maple”, fiberglass, and epoxy.

This model is 8.0″ wide and is suitable for e.g. street and park.
