This is model 55 (8.5 inch wide axle) with hollow axle and new inverted kingpin design.

ACE Trucks pushes the boundaries of what’s possible:

• Proprietary truck casting process (High-quality AA 356.2 alloy)
• Heat-treated hangers and baseplates
• Hollow oversized axles in SAE 414 steel
• Smooth / sharpened hangers so the bearings sit evenly against the hanger on the shaft
• Improved (stronger) base plate
• Shaft nuts that thread the shaft when needed
• Improved suspension with new bushings and washers (top: 12 mm 94a, bottom: 14 mm 86a)
• Hand-cast pivot cups in 96a polyurethane
• Bonus – Extra nut to restore axle threads and tool for inverted kingpin
• Shoulder widths in even 1/4-inch
